MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Fixed term memberships are paid in full on the calendar date which the
membership became activated for the upcoming month, via direct debit/ debit or credit card/cash. In the event of a declined credit card/debit card, the member’s membership will not be added on for the upcoming period until payment has gone through.
-There is a no refund for policy under memberships, the membership will run until end date after purchased.
-Direct debit users should update if bank details change to avoid membership cancellation if payment can not be taken.
-Members accept responsibility if memberships get cancelled by staff members due to breaching gym rules.
-When buying a membership it confirms to us that you are in good physical health to use the facilities and have no awareness of any medical or other reason that may be detrimental to your health, safety, comfort or physical condition.
- When buying a membership through direct debit membership the gym has the right to change fees however will update the member 30 days before the change in fees.
- When buying a membership you will give accurate and non misleading information. The information we require is: Name, Photo, Date of birth, Email and phone number.
-Memberships are non transferable therefore members agree not to share there personal barcodes with any other individual to gain access into the gym if found doing so the membership will be cancelled immediately.
-Maloneys gym will not use share members personal information to third partys including phone numbers, pictures and emails.
-Payments from Monthly memberships bought through the app will come out automatically therefore unless notified via email, in person or the app that you wish to cancel,payment will continue and no refunds will be issued.By accepting these terms and conditions, I acknowledge that exercising and using Maloneys Gym facilities may involve a significant risk of physical harm or personal injury, including permanent disability and/or death. I understand that training at Maloneys Gym may be physically strenuous and further agree that Maloneys Gym including its officers, employees and agents shall not be liable to any person whether in contract, tort, under statute or otherwise for any injury, loss, damage, death or economic loss whatsoever, whether consequential, direct or indirect, caused by or connected with my participation in training. I agree that Maloneys Gym will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any personal belongings left unattended on the premises.
